【摘要】The fiber choledochoscope in biliary tract nursing cooperation in operation and maintenance, application and nursing cooperation of the whole process, fiber choledochoscope cholecystolithotomy with smalltrauma, operation time and quick postoperative recovery. Relevant operation current development achieved good clinicallEffect, reduce complications, shorten the course of treatment and rehabilitation in time, reduce the medicallcost of patients with. At the same time, improve the success rate of operation, reduce the residuallstone rate and mortality.%阐述纤维胆道镜在胆道手术中的护理配合及保养，应用价值及护理配合全过程，纤维胆道镜进行保胆取石术具有创伤小、手术时间以及术后恢复快等优点。当前所开展的相关手术均取得良好的临床效果，减少并发症的产生，在缩短疗程及康复时间的基础上，降低患者的医疗成本。同时，也提升手术的成功率，减少残石率和死亡率。 【总页数】1页(478-478)
