【摘要】Objective:To investigate the effect of self-management education on blood glucose in diabetic patients and the quality of life.Methods:68 patients with diabetes were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the control group with 34 cases in each group according to the priority.The reference group were given self management education.We compared the blood glucose during hospitalization and the quality of life after discharge of two groups patients.Results:The blood glucose control of the reference group was effective was 3 d,and the control group was 5d;after we followed-up for 3 months,3 patients blood glucose of the reference group elevated again,1 case must to give the inpatient treatment,while the control group had 13 patients recurrent disease,5 cases had inpatient treatment.Conclusion:Self management education not only can help patients reduce the elevated blood sugar better and reduce the pain of patients,but also has important significance for preventing the recurrence of the disease.%目的：探讨自我管理教育对糖尿病患者血糖和生活质量的影响。方法：收治糖尿病患者68例，按照先后分为参考组和对照组，各34例，参考组进行自我管理教育，对比两组患者住院期间的血糖情况以及
