【摘要】目的 初步评估经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)在儿童胰胆管疾病诊治中的安全性及其疗效.方法 回顾总结2004年11月至2010年5月间9例接受ERCP诊治且年龄小于14岁的患儿的临床资料,对治疗方法、成功率及操作相关并发症情况进行统计分析.结果 9例患儿共进行了17例次ERCP操作,均在全身麻醉下进行,其中包括16例次治疗性ERCP和1例次诊断性ERCP,ERCP操作成功率为94.1%(16/17),操作相关并发症的发生率为11.8%(2/17),包括1例轻度胰腺炎和1例胰周感染病例.结论 ERCP是儿童胰胆管疾病诊治的重要方法之一,具有较高的安全性且疗效满意.%Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for pancreaticobiliary diseases in children. Methods Data of 9 patients younger than 14 years who underwent ERCP at between November 2004 and May 2010 were indentified through a computer database search. Therapeutic methods, success rate and procedure-related complications were evaluated.Results A total of 9 patients underwent 17 ERCP procedures under anesthesia, including 16 therapeutic and 1 diagnostic procedure.
