【摘要】 目的：探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法：采用免疫组化方法分别检测82例前列腺癌及20例前列腺增生(BPH)患者PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白表达，对其两者之间的差异进行分析比较。结果：PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率高于在前列腺增生(BPH)中的表达，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，在低分化前列腺癌(G3)及有淋巴结转移者的表达率高于在高分化前列腺癌(G1)及无淋巴结转移者的表达，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率与病理分级及淋巴结转移有关，联合检测PCNA、Ki-67及P53蛋白对前列腺癌的早期诊断、临床预后具有一定意义。%Objective:To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance

higher in prostate cancer which was poorly differentiated(G3) or lymphatic metastasis than which in high differentiation(G1) or without lymphatic
metastasis,it

statistically
significant
difference
too(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein in prostate cancer is related to the pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis,it has a certain significance to the early diagnosis and the clinical prognosis of prostate cancer by detected the expression of PCNA,Ki-67 and P53 protein jointly. 【总页数】2页(53-54)
