摘要
农业是关系到一国的粮食安全、生产结构、就业等诸多方面的重要产业部门。其基础性地位使得它在国际贸易领域尤为特殊。因此各国均采取措施对本国农业生产和贸易加以发展和保护。中国和美国作为世界上的农业大国，各有其特点和优劣。尤其是美国的现代农业是很多国家学习和模仿的对象，和我国传统农业区别较大。因此分析研究农产品贸易有利于促进我国农业和农产品贸易的发展。
本文立足于中美两国农产品出口贸易发展现状，从中美两国的农业基础资源，包括耕地资源和人口资源；农业发展特点；农产品出口贸易商品结构，包括产品结构和市场结构及农产品出口贸易竞争力等方面进行比较分析，对比中美两国在这些方面的差异，研究差异所带来的农业发展的区别，进而找出我国农产品出口在世界市场上的比较优势和欠缺之处。通过计算分析中美两国的农产品的市场占有率和对外依存度，找出两国具有比较优势的农产品。除此之外，还通过研究美国作为农产品出口贸易大国所具备的优势和特点，分析其农业发展和农产品贸易的发展方式和我国发展农产品出口贸易可借鉴之处，学习美国先进农业模式，从资源人口、科技创新、生产方式、成本利润等方面来发展我国的农产品贸易，给我国农产品出口贸易和农业发展提出建议，以此提高我国农产品出口的国际竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Agriculture is an important industrial sector related to a country's food security, production structure, employment and many other aspects. Its fundamental position makes it particularly special in the field of international trade. Therefore, all countries have taken measures to develop and protect their agricultural production and trade. As a big agricultural country in the world, China and the United States each have their own characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. In particular, modern agriculture in the United States is the object of learning and imitation in many countries, which is quite different from traditional agriculture in China. Therefore, the analysis of agricultural products trade is conducive to the development of China's agricultural and agricultural products trade.
This paper is based on the current situation of the development of agricultural products trade between China and the United States, and compares the agricultural basic resources of China and the United States, including cultivated land resources and population resources, the characteristics of agricultural development, trade commodity structure of agricultural products, including product structure and regional structure and trade competitiveness of agricultural products, and compares China and the United States in this area. The difference between these two aspects is to study the difference of agricultural development brought by differences, and then find out the comparative advantages and shortcomings of our agricultural products in the world market. By calculating and analyzing the market share and external dependence of agricultural products between China and the United States, we can find out the comparative advantages of agricultural products between China and the United States. In addition, through the study of the advantages and characteristics of the United States as a big agricultural trade country, it analyses its agricultural development and the development mode of agricultural products trade and the reference of our country to develop agricultural products trade, learning American advanced agricultural model, from the aspects of resource population, scientific and technological innovation, production mode, cost profit and so on.
