摘 要
随着世界经济逐步向知识经济迈进,人才这个知识经济时代最具有代表性的因素在现在社会越来越受到人们的关注。因此,企业之间也展开各种对人才追逐的竞争,当然在这个竞争当中有的企业得益于自己的人才战略大获成功,也有的企业在这个过程中,人才流失的程度非常严重,影响了企业的发展。对于大企业是这样,当然中小企业也是如此。而宁波余姚泗门是中小企业的聚集地之一。
本文通过对泗门一些企业的走访调查,考察这些企业的人才流失状况,了解这些在留住人才方面所做的工作以及人才流失对企业造成的影响。研究发现,泗门中小企业除了较小一部分企业在人才方面做的比较到位,大多数企业都是没有应对人才流失的策略。
针对上述问题,本文根据这些企业所具有的问题,从员工个人、企业自身及外部环境三个不同角度进行人才流失成因分析,并提出了应对中小企业人才流失的管理策略和建议:完善民营企业的内部管理体制;健全企业激励体系,创新吸引人才的方法;建立人才流失预警机制及关键人才后备库。

Abstract
With the world economy turning to knowledge economy, talent that the most important element of the knowledge draw more and more attention. So companies have a competition of talent. Of course some one have a successful result because of their strategy about talent. And the some lose and have a bad effect on their companies. Big size enterprises have the problem, so the small and medium-sized enterprises do.
This article through to visiting survey of some enterprises of him, reviewing the enterprises’ condition of loss of talented people, know what these companies do for retaining the talented employees and the effect of losing talented people. After the research, I find only a few companies have a good strategy, and the others do worse.
In view of the above problems, the paper makes an analysis of the causes of the brain drain from three different angles: the workers, the enterprises and the external environments. At last, it gives the management stratagems and suggestions for solving the problem of the brain drain of the private enterprises.
