【摘要】Objective To observe the patients with cancer and Invasive hydatidiform mole chemotherapy nursing ideas. Methods 38 patients with carcinoma and Invasive hydatidiform mole, according to treatment time group, control group routine nursing, the observation group overal care. Compare the incidence of adverse events. Results The observation group have adverse reactions occur ed significantly lower than the control group, <0.05. Conclusion Holistic nursing can reduce the incidence of chemotherapy in patients with adverse events, safe and reliable.%目的：观察绒癌和侵蚀性葡萄胎患者化疗护理思路。方法选择38例绒癌和侵蚀性葡萄胎患者，根据治疗时间分组，对照组常规护理，观察组整体护理。对比不良事件发生率。结果观察组患不良反应发生明显低于对照组，<0.05。结论整体性护理可降低患者化疗不良事件发生率，安全可靠。 【总页数】2页(71-72)
