In today's society, everyday we may face some kind of stress and difficulties from work, school or family. Stress is one of our biggest enemies. It affects our health state and our relationships with others. In order to overcome them, people have different methods. Some read, some exercise, some drink,and some play video games. in my opinion , I would like to use different ways according to different stress.

First, the stress from work and school maybe the most common stress. In this situation, I like to listen to music, especially some inspiring music. When I appreciate it, I can forget those unhappy things and let my head sober. After listening to those inspiring music, I feel that I am full of power overcoming difficulities.

Nowdays,with the development of whole society,finding a job, going on studying or going abroad raise a big people hold different my opinion.
I’d like to finding a job rather than going on studying or going will find a job after my graduation,because I want to get independent as soon as prefer to imprve myself in the real society.

I have been to many places, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an Xiamen.
