【摘要】Objective To evaluate the effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radio frequency ablation on primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with primary liver cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 42 patients in each group.The
control
group
was
given
transcatheter
arterial
chemoembolization, the observation group was given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radio frequency ablation, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The level of AFP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate and disease control rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (42.86% vs 28.57%,76.19% vs 66.67%), the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusions

combined with radio frequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer is safe and effective, which can effectively reduce the level of AFP, so it is worthy of applying in clinical interventions.%目的 探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术结合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌(PLC)的临床效果.方法 选取PLC
患者84例,随机分为两组,每组42例,对照组采用肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,观察组采用肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗后甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率及疾病控制率均优于对照组(42.86%比28.57%,76.19%比66.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 动脉化疗栓塞术结合射频消融术治疗PLC安全有效,可有效降低AFP水平,值得临床推广应用. 【总页数】3页(53-55)
