聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果评价

【摘要】目的：分析聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法：对98例患者给予聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：大隐静脉主干治疗的位置硬化闭塞效果显著，血流信号未见到。结论：超声引导下聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张具有显著效果，其创伤小，未出现明显的并发症，随访效果明显。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of polidocanol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of lower limb varicose vein. Methods:98 cases were given polidocanol foam sclerotherapy treatment,and the treatment effect was observed.Results:The hardening block effect of saphenous vein treatment position was remarkable,and there was no blood flow signal.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided polidocanol foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of lower limb varicose vein has remarkable effect;its trauma is small;there is no obvious complication;the follow-up effect is obvious. 【总页数】2页(66-66,68)
