钢纤维全轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土的配合比和性能研究

【摘要】To solve the construction problems of the floating-up of coarse lightweight aggregate and the sinking of steel fibers while steel fiber reinforced full-lightweight-aggregate fly-ash concrete ( SFRFFC) was casting in-situ, taking the water-to-cement ratio, the volume ratio of steel fiber and the replacement rate of fly-ash to cement as the variable factors, the mix proportion and the workability of fresh SFRFFC is an-alyzed. By analyzing the workability of mixture, the dry apparent density and the cubic compressive strength of SFRFFC, the mix proportions of the flowing SFRFFC in 1 700 density class and LC35 strength grade are determined with raw materials of P·O 52. 5 cement, ceramisite of density class 900, ceramisite sand and II-class fly-ash. Furthermore, the reasonable values of the sand ratio 42%, the replacing ratio of fly-ash to cement within 30% and the fraction of steel fiber by volume within 1. 2% are proposed. Meanwhile, the cubic compressive strengths of cubes after drying are also tested to analyze the strength loss ratio of SFRFFC affected by the drying effect.%为了解决钢纤维全轻混凝土现场浇筑时轻粗骨料上浮、钢纤维下沉等施工问题,以水灰比、钢纤维体积率和粉煤灰替代水泥率为变化参数,研究了大流动性钢纤维全轻骨料粉煤灰混凝土的配合比和工作性
