HPLC法测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立HPLC法测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量。方法 采用依利特C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(20∶80) 为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长318 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 甲硝唑在0.025~0.150 mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.67%,RSD为0.33%。结论 该方法准确、可靠,与标准法比较,结果较为满意,可用于人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中甲硝唑的含量测定。

Determination of metronidazole in galculus bovis and metronidazole capsules by HPLC WU Wei-tao.Anyang Institute for Food and Drug Control,Anyang,Henan 455000,China
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of metronidazole in galculus bovis and metronidazole capsules.Methods Elite C18 column was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water (20∶80) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 318nm and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results The calibration curve of metronidazole was linear in the range of 0.025~0.150 mg/ml,r=0.999 9.The average recovery rate was
100.67%,RSD=0.33%(n=6).Conclusion This method is accurate,realiable and can be used for determination of metronidazole in galculus bovis and metronidazole capsules.

人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊为复方制剂,是临床常用的一种抗厌氧菌药,主要用于急性智齿冠周炎、局部牙槽脓肿、牙髓炎、根尖周炎等的治疗。国家标准[1]采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,该方法影响结果因素较多。本文介绍的高效液相色谱法,采用优化的色谱条件,使甲硝唑的含量测定操作简便,专属性高,重现性好,可以替代紫外分光光度法。
