探讨健康教育干预在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用

【摘要】Objective The health education intervention in the application of elderly acute appendicitis nursing ef ect is explored and analyzed. Methods Randomly selected data from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital in 66 cases of elderly patients with acute appendicitis, its average can be divided into two groups, group and the control group, control group patients' of. Results After nursing team nursing satisfaction 100%, significantly higher than the control group 81.82%, nursing satisfaction with statistical y significant dif erence ( < 0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with acute appendicitis ef ect of health education nursing more exactly, treatment of patients with time, is worth popularization and application in clinical.%目的：对健康教育干预在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用效果进行探究和分析。方法资料随机选取2013年2月~2014年2月在我院收治的老年急性阑尾炎患者66例，将其平均分为两组，研究组和对照组，每组各33例，给予对照组患者常规护理，研究组患者则在对照组的基础上行健康教育干预，并对两组临床资料等进行回顾性分析。结果经护理后，研究组护理满意度100%，明显高于对照组护理满意度81.82%，比较有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年急性阑尾炎患者健康教育护理的效果较为确切，不仅能够减轻患者的心理压力，还能够缩短患
