【摘要】[Objective] To discuss the methods of minimizing the influence of subjective factors on the outcomes of acupuncture clinical trials. [Methods] Analyse the potential factors that might produce subjective influence, and control this potential factors to minimize the bias. [Results] Subjective factors are mostly produced from both the acupuncture-undertaking subjects and the experimens. [Conclusion] By balancing the subjective feeling from the subjects, optimizing the design of the trial, setting up control group, randomly assorting subjects and blinding subjects and experimenters of different parts, it is available to minimize the influence of subjective factors on the outcomes of acupuncture clinical trials.%[目的]探讨在针灸临床试验中降低主观因素的方法,以减少对结局指标的影响.[方法]分析针灸临床试验中可能产生主观因素的环节,对这些环节进行一定控制,减少主观因素产生的可能.[结果]主观因素可以来自于参与针灸试验的受试者及试验实施者等方面.[结论]控制受试者的主观感受,优化试验设计,在试验设计中采取随机、对照、多环节设盲等方法,能够有效地降低来自受试者和试验者两方面的主观因素对结局指标的影响. 【总页数】3页(332-334)
