【摘要】Over the past few decades,the popularity of succulent plants has improved so fast that it becomes the private collection of most people nowadays,because it is highly ornamental and resilient and also because of some objective conditions such as the advancement of Internet. This paper focused on the definition,classification,and reasons of its popularity and explored the problems in potted ornamental. The classification ways of succulent plants were according to the fleshy metamorphosis parts,plant morphology,and color of leaves. In addition,the reasons of its popularity were analyzed from the perspectives environmental
of
their
ornamental and
characteristics,feature
objective
of
protection other conditions.
