do you know the name of the three most famous drinks in the world? they are tea , coffee and cocoa. china is the homeland of tea which has become the national drink. referring to
chinese tea culture, it has several thousand years of history and can be traced back to the ancient times. then it was
flourished in the tang dynasty and the song dynasty.你知道这世界上最著名的三种饮料的名字吗?他们是茶,咖啡和可可。中国是茶的故乡。关于中国茶文化,它有几千年的历史,可以追溯到古代。然后是盛行于唐代和宋代。
in china, the main varieties of tea are green tea, black tea, oolong tea, scented tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark tea.we make different tea in different particular ways. over the centuries, china developed an extraordinary tea culture,
comparable with the wine culture of the west. 在中国,主要品种的茶是绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、花茶、白茶、黄茶和黑茶。我们可以用不同的方式制作不同的茶。在过去的几个世纪里,中国拥有了一个非凡的茶文化,类似与西方的酒文化。
tea not only has a good flavor but also benefit to our body, so it is loved by many people home and abroad. different kinds of tea have different function which makes a contribution to our health. for example, the national drink of china-green tea, can dispel the effects of alcohol, refresh yourself and whiten your skin. the second largest kind of tea-black tea, can warm your stomach, be good for your heart and make your bones
stronger. dark tea can refresh you in the morning, reduce your blood press and help lose weight. oolong tea is good for your body building and dieting. in all, tea have great medicinal value, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure, improving eyesight and restraining disease, reducing stress and so on.茶不仅具有良好

tea culture and its development reflect not only diet culture, but also chinese spiritual features.tea culture plays an indispensable role in promoting the international cultural
exchange between china and other countries, eiching chinese cultural life and promoting chinese spiritual civilization
construction. 茶文化及其发展不仅反映了饮食文化,而且代表中国的精神。茶文化扮演不可或缺的角色在促进中国和其他国家之间的国际文化交流,丰富中国文化生活和促进精神文明建设。
in conclusion, tea culture is one of the essences of chinese culture in the history. the spirit of tea permeates the court and society, into the chinese poetry, painting, calligraphy, religion, medicine. for thousands of years china has not only
accumulated a great deal about tea cultivation, production of material culture, but also accumulated rich spirit of the tea culture, which is unique to chinas tea culture.总之,茶文化是中国文化历史的精髓之一。茶的精神渗透了宫廷和社会,为中国诗歌、绘画、书法、宗教、医学。几千年来中国不但积累了大量关于茶叶种植、生产的物质文化,但也积累了丰富的茶文化的精神,这是中国茶文化所特有的。

【篇二：英语中的酒文化】
西方人将酒大致分成三类：1. liquor 烈酒，包括brandy 白兰地、whiskey 威士忌、vodka 伏特加、tequila 龙舌兰等；2. beer 啤酒；3. wine 葡萄酒和水果酒。除此之外，还有cocktail 鸡尾酒、mixed drink 调酒、liqueur利口酒（具甜味而芳香的烈酒）。
好朋友一起喝酒，往往未动筷吃菜就先干三杯，cheers之声不绝于耳，而且必须bottoms up（干杯，杯底不要养金鱼）。“干杯”还有其他的英文说法，lets make a toast.是其中一个。据说，从前人们在喝酒的时候，为了加重酒味，会在杯子里放一小片土司，而这就是这句话的由来。
英文中喝酒喝很多的人是heavy drinkers（酒鬼，就像把瘾君子叫做heavy smokers一样），而形容一个人喝很多酒、很会喝酒则是drink like a fish，即牛饮、海量。
喜欢喝酒的人不仅自己喝，也喜欢劝别人喝。劝酒就是强迫别人喝酒，英文叫做force others to drink。但是，如果是跟外国人一起喝酒的场合，这一点必须小心为好。

whats offensive: every culture has different traditions when it comes to drinking etiquette. fail to consume a vodka shot in one gulp in russia, and your host will not be impressed. refill your own wine glass in france without offering more to the rest of the table, and youve made a faux pas. in south korea,
women can pour only mens drinks--not other womens--and if you want a refill, you need to drain your glass. and if youre in latin america, never pour with your left hand--thats bad luck. 不同文化的饮酒礼仪也迥异。在俄罗斯，你若不能一口喝完杯中的伏特加酒，主人就会很不满意。而在法国，只给自己添酒而不顾及同桌的其他客人，会被看作失礼。在韩国，女性只能给男性倒酒——不能为其他女性倒酒——如果你想添酒，要先把杯里的酒喝干。在拉丁美洲，千万不要用左手倒酒——那会带来坏运气。
what you should do instead: until youre culturally fluent, leave it to your pals to pour.
对策：除非你对当地文化了如指掌，倒酒这种活儿还是留给你的同伴吧！
英文里还有和饮酒相关的，有趣且实用的说法： 1 quit drinking 戒酒
想表达“滴酒不沾”的意思，可以说：i dont want to drink anything with alcohol，千万别说成：i dont want to drink anything，否则别人可能误以为你连水、咖啡和果汁都不喝了。 2 借酒浇愁
想表达“借酒浇愁”的时候可以说：my wife drives me to drink 我的太太逼得我借酒消愁。 3 再来一杯
