九阳股份有限公司盈利能力分析
【摘要】盈利能力是企业获取利润的能力，也是投资人、债权人、股东等企业利益相关者最关注的。随着我国经济的不断发展，各个企业的发展取得了很大进步，企业之间的竞争也不断加剧，因此企业必须结合自身发展特点，对本企业盈利能力和水平进行相关数据的分析，发现企业当前存在的问题，并提出可行性建议，促进企业的长期可持续发展。
在分析过程中，杜邦分析法可以分析出每个指标对盈利能力的影响情况，于是选取九阳股份有限公司作为研究对象，运用该方法对九阳股份的盈利能力现状进行分析，并对于九阳股份存在的影响盈利能力的问题提出一定的解决措施。

In the analysis process, dupont analysis method can analyze the influence of each indicator on profitability, so JoYoung Co., Ltd is selected as the research object. The method is used to analyze the current situation of profitability of Joyoung Co., Ltd and put forward some measures to solve the existing problems of influencing capacity of Joyoung Co., Ltd.

前 言
随着我国经济的快速发展，在我国的市场环境中家电企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，面对同类型的企业先后崛起的严峻形势，对于企业来说，如何在众多的企业中脱颖而出，被更多的社会公众所认可是一个很重要的问题。而盈利能力又是一个企业能够保证长期可持续发展的不可或缺的基础。很多投资人在选择企业时为了获得更多的收益，也更加看重企业的盈利情况。因此怎么样才能提高盈利能力、在市场竞争中占有一席之地是企业应该思考的问题。
在全球一体化迅速发展的形式下，人们逐渐注意到企业的盈利能力。现有的业绩计量系统更加全面合理，目前的系统仍然主要侧重于某些重要的财务指标，整个行业很少被用作获利研究的对象。本文旨在分析中国宏观经济形势下的公司问题和盈利原因，解决阻碍公司获利的问题，保持促进使公司获取利润好的方面，并希望能够通过讨论这些问题来提高公司的获取利润的能力。
