漯河市急诊科护士生活方式与职业倦怠的关系研究

【摘要】Objective To study the relationship between emergency nurses' lifestyle and job burnout. Methods A total of 218 emergency nurses from hospitals more than the secondary level in Luohe City were enrolled by stratified random sampling and were investigated with the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Results The lifestyle of emergency nurses was at a moderate level. The job burnout of emergency nurses of 25 to 45 years old was at a high degree, but the groups of less than 25 years old and more than 45 years old were at low degrees. Lifestyle was negatively correlated with emotional tiredness of job burnout,while positively correlated with personal sense of accomplishment. Conclusion The lifestyle of emergency nurses is at a moderate level;those with unhealthy lifestyle tend to be more susceptible to emotional tiredness.%目的 研究急诊科护士生活方式与职业倦怠状况,并分析二者之间的相关性.方法 采用分层随机方法抽取漯河市5所二级甲等以上医院218名急诊科护士为研究对象,采用健康促进生活方式问卷和Maslach职业倦怠量表调查其生活方式及职业倦怠状况.结果 急诊科护士生活方式的健康水平处于中等；25 ～ 45岁的急诊科护士倦怠程度偏高,25岁以下与45岁以上年龄组职业倦怠程度较低；急诊科护士职业倦怠中
