The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle
First published in 1969, this beloved tale features striking illustrations and finger-sized cutouts(剪成的图样) that allow children to physically participate in the story. In October 2013, Davion Only made an appeal on the Internet. He had learned that his biological mother had died not long before. “My name is Davion and I have been in foster care since I was born,” he said, “but I am not giving up hope.”
