CD44V6在大肠癌组织和外周血表达及其临床意义

【摘要】目的：检测大肠癌组织中 CD44V6的表达和外周血中 CD44V6的水平，分析与大肠癌的临床病理学特征和患者预后的关系。方法：收集57例大肠癌手术组织和外周血血清标本，分别应用免疫组织化学方法（SP）和酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测 CD44V6的表达，分析其与大肠癌的临床病理特征之间的关系以及与患者预后的相关性。结果：CD44V6在大肠癌组织中的表达（63．16％）明显高于其在正常大肠黏膜中的表达水平，差异有统计学意义（10．00％，P ＝0．002）。患者血清中 CD44V6为14．62±3．344ng ／mL，而正常对照组血清中为3．22±1．65ng ／mL，两组差异有统计学意义。大肠癌中的CD44V6表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期有关。通过 Kaplan－Meier 生存分析发现，CD44V6高表达的患者五年生存率低于低表达患者，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：CD44V6在大肠癌组织和血清中高表达，并可能成为预测大肠癌浸润转移和预后的指标。%Objective: To investigate the expression of CD44V6 in colorectal cancer tissue and eripheral blood, to analyze the relationship between clinical pathological features and prognosis of patients with colorec -tal cancer.Methods: Serum samples in peripheral blood and tissue of colorectal cancer from 57 patients were collected.The expression of CD44V6 was detected by immunohistochemical method
(SP) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The relationship between the clinical pathological characteristics and the prog -nosis of patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed .Results:The expression of CD44V6 was obviously higher (63.16%) in colorectal cancer tissue than that in the adjacent tissue (10.00%,P =0.002).The expression levels of CD44V6 in serum was 14.62±3.344ng/mL, while that was 3.22±1.65ng /mL in normal control group. There was significant difference between the two groups .There were relationship between the expression of CD44V6 and tumor depth, the degree of differentiation, lymph nodes and pathological degree .Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the 5-year survival rate in CD44V7 high expression group was significantly high -er than that in low expression group (P <0.05) .Conclusions: CD44V67 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues and serum, and may be an indicator for predicting the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. 【总页数】4页(1238-1241)
