【摘要】Objective To explore the nursing security risks and preventivemeasures in Department of surgery. Methods In our hos-pital from 2010February to 2013 July, 80 patients were treated in the Department of surgeryanalysis, were randomly divided into the control group of 40 cases, 40 cases in observation group, the control group received routine nursing care,observation group a-gainst the safety of preventive nursing care, the results of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The incidence of the ob-servation group security problem was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05), nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion There are more hidden troubles in the Department of surgery, nursing staff should promptly discover the hidden safety trouble, e-liminate safety problems, take preventive measures, reduce the incidence of adverse events.%目的：探讨外科病区护理安全隐患及防范措施。方法选取我院2010年2月-2013年7月外科病区收治患者80例进行分析，随机分对照组40例，观察组40例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组针对安全隐患采取预防性护理，对两组患者的护理结果进行分
