摘 要(黑体,小四):本实验利用甲醇加热回流提取枸杞甜菜碱,提取物经活性炭脱色、雷氏盐沉淀、分光光度法测定不同产地枸杞甜菜碱含量;或直接利用NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法测定枸杞甜菜碱含量。通过比较分光光

度法和高效液相色谱法测定的枸杞甜菜碱含量,选择适宜的甜菜碱含量测定方法。由实验结果可知,NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法快速、简便、重复性好,所测甜菜碱含量明显高于分光光度法。

本研究表明NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法能快速准确地测定枸杞甜菜碱含量,可用于枸杞的质量控制.(仿宋,小四,1.5倍行距)

Abstract(Times New Roman,14,加粗):To apply methanol-refluxed extraction method to extract betaine from Lycium barbarum L., extraction was decolored by active carbon, precipitated with Remecke salt and the contents of betaine from different producing areas were determined by spectrophotometry; and the contents of betaine were directly determined by HPLC with NH2 stationary phase without derivatization of betaine. The suitable determination method was selected through comparing the methods of spectrophotometry and HPLC
