老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死54例临床分析

【摘要】Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation and treatment of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Fifty-four elderly patients with di-abetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction(observation group)and 54 elderly patients without diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction(control group)were randomly selected in Hejin people’s hospital recently. The cinical treatment,clinical features and clinical manifestations were ana-lyzed and summarized,and the clinical manifestations and mortality were compared. Results The inci-dence of typical chest pain in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the incidences of acute left ventricular failure,cardiogenic shock,dyspnea,toothache,lung infection as the disease on-set were higher in observation group than those in control group. The mortality rate was 35. 67% in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(15. 34% ),and the differ-ence was significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusions The clinical manifestations of elderly patients with diabe-tes complicated with acute myocardial infarction are relatively more serious,and the mortality is relatively higher,so the

correct treatment methods should be promptly given.%目的：分析老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者的临床表现以及临床治疗方法。方法在河津市人民医院近期收治的老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者（观察组）和老年非糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者（对照组）中分别随机抽取54例患者。对患者的临床治疗方法、临床特点、临床表现进行分析与总结，并对临床表现以及病死率进行比较。结果观察组典型胸痛发生率低于对照组，但以急性左心衰竭、呼吸困难、心源性休克、牙痛、肺部感染起病者多于对照组。实验组患者的病死率为35.67%，显著高于对照组的15.34%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论老年糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死的患者的临床表现相对较为严重，且病死率相对较高，应及时采取正确的治疗方法。 【总页数】2页(24-25)
