【摘要】目的：探讨 PDCA 循环管理模式在 ICU 患者管道安全护理中的应用效果。方法：本院 ICU 病房于2013年2月-2014年1月实施PDCA循环管理模式，6月应用到ICU患者管道安全护理中，并对PDCA实施前(2012年2月-2013年1月)和实施后的管道护理缺陷发生率进行比较。结果：PDCA循环管理模式实施后的ICU管道护理缺陷发生率明显低于实施前(P＜0.05)。结论：PDCA循环管理模式在ICU患者管道安全护理中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To discuss the application effect of PDCA circulation management mode in ICU patients pipeline safety care.Methods:The ICU ward from February 2013 to January 2014 implemented the PDCA cycle management,ICU patients safety care management were used in June,comparing the pipeline nursing defects before the implementation of
