A visit to a night fair
Last weekend，I visited a night fair.Walking along the street，there were many everyday things lying on the road，such as mobiles，handbags，caps，gloves，blouses，chopsticks，forks and even balloons.My purpose of visiting the night fair was clear.There was something I needed to buy.
The first thing I wanted to buy was the tea which is my father’s favorite.As we all know，China is known for tea.Then do you know how to produce it? Well，a salesman told me that tea plants are grown on the sides of mountains. When the leaves are ready，they are picked by hand and then are sent for processing.Today，the tea is widely sent to different countries all around the world.Finally，I not only bought the tea at a good price，but also learnt something about it at last.
The other things I needed to buy were paper cuttings and clay arts which are special forms of Chinese traditional art.My mother has a great interest in them and she can make some simple paper cuttings with scissors.Along the road，there were many beautiful paper cuttings and cute clay arts. A businessman said that the clay pieces are usually cute children or lively characters from Chinese fairy tales or historical stories.These small pieces of clay art show the love that all Chinese have for life.They attracted me so much that I bought several from the fair.

(1)be made of意为“由……制成的”。一般指能够看出原材料，或制作过程中发生的是物理变化。
Chairs are made of wood.椅子是由木头做成的。
This salad is made of apples and strawberries.这种沙拉是由苹果和草莓做的。 (2)be made in意为“在……制造”。表示某一物品在某地生产或制造，in后接表示地点的名词。
This kind of bike is made in America.这种自行车是在美国生产的。

(1)as far as I know意为“据我所知”。其中as far as作从属连词，意为“就……来说”，引导状语从句，强调程度或范围，从句中常用动词know，see等，也可用so far as。
