【摘要】@@ Chlorine atoms from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) deplete stratospheric ozone and CFCs are green-house gases too. Owing to these environmental problems, many kinds of CFCs have been banned since the Montreal Protocol and two kinds of cleaning techniques have been developed.
