【摘要】分析了国内外配电网供电可靠性评估指标的因素、分析了国内外供电可靠性指标统计口径的差异和影响供电可靠性主要因素等方面的差异,对比了国内外供电中断的原因,对配电网的规划、建设和运营具有一定参考价值。%The paper performed comparison and analysis of distribution network reliability at home and abroad in three aspects,i.e.,reliability indicators,statistic methods of indicators and main factors affecting power supply reliability.The research results are available for reference to the planning,construction and operation of the power distribution network.
