以名老中医工作室为依托的中医学专业学生临床师承教育

【摘要】师承教育是传统的中医教育模式,院校教育是目前中医教育的主渠道,两种模式各有优势和不足,两者全面融合是促进中医药教育事业全面发展的关键.为了探索师承教育和院校教育相融合的有效方式,本文从临床课程改革、实践教学平台构建、师资队伍建设、实习基地建设等方面,分析龙华医院以名老中医工作室为依托的中医学专业学生临床师承教育模式建设经验,实践证明,该模式既弥补院校教育的不足,又创新师承教育内涵,提高了人才培养质量.%Apprentice education is a traditional Chinese medicine education model,and college education is a main channel to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) now.These two models have their own advantages and disadvantages respectively.So it is critical to combine apprentice education and college education for TCM development.In order to effectively fuse these two models,apprentice education depending on the prestigious physician studio was constructed in Longhua Hospital,including clinical course reform,practical teaching platform
construction,faculty
development,and
practice
base
construction.This model not only retrieved the disadvantage of college education but also innovate the connotation of apprentice education
