甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观

【摘要】目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病中的有效性。方法36例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组： A组20例，B组16例。A组给予甘精胰岛素和门冬胰岛素治疗，B组给予预混胰岛素治疗。观察空腹血糖、三餐后2h血糖、达标时间、胰岛素用量、每日血糖波动差值等指标。结果（1）2组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均较治疗前明显降低（P值<0.01）。（2）治疗后2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素用量无显著性差异（P值>0.05）；达标时间A组明显短于B组（P值<0.05）；每日血糖波动A组明显小于B组（P值<0.05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病疗效较好，尽早使血糖平稳达标，并且减少每日血糖波动。%Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the intensive therapy of insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: 36 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:A group of 20 cases, B group of 16 cases. Group A received insulin glargine and insulin aspart, group B were given pre-mixed insulin therapy. Fasting blood glucose, 2h plasma glucose after meals, standard time, insulin dosage, the daily fluctuations in blood glucose difference and other indicators were observed. Results:(1) The values of fasting blood
glucose, postprandial 2h plasma glucose after treatment were significantly lower in both groups (P <0.01). (2) After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h plasma glucose, insulin dosage were no significant difference in both groups (P> 0.05);standard time in group A was significantly shorter in group B (P <0.05); daily blood glucose fluctuations in group A significantly less than in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion:Intensive therapy of insulin glargine combined with insulin aspart for patients with type 2 diabetes has better efficacy, as soon as possible so that blood glucose stable, and reduce daily blood glucose fluctuations.
