护理干预在风湿性心脏病治疗中的应用研究

【摘要】目的：探究风湿性心脏病患者采取护理干预的措施和治疗效果。方法选取2014年4月～2015年10月收治的72例风湿性心脏病患者进行护理研究，随机分组，实验组38例患者接受综合护理，对照组34例患者接受常规的护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理有效率为92.11%，对照组患者护理有效率为82.35%，实验组患者得到更加显著的护理效果，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论风湿性心脏病患者接受综合护理能够改善新功能，减轻身体不适症状，保持良好心态。%Objective Nursing method and its effect in treatment of rheumatic heart disease are to be studied.MethodsChose 72 patients with rheumatic heart disease who were treated in hospital from April 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into two groups at random; 38 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while another 34 patients in control group were given conventional nursing and then compare effects between two groups.ResultsPatients'nursing efficacy in study group was 92.11%, which was much higher than 82.35% in control group.
