中老年中风患者恢复期的护理干预

【摘要】目的：探讨中老年中风患者恢复期的护理干预方法。方法选取120例中老年中风患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组60例；对照组患者予常神经内科规护理，实验组给予系统的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理干预效果情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，且住院时间较短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对中老年中风患者实施系统的系统护理干预。可以提高治疗的效果，缩短住院时间，促进患者的恢复。%Objective:To explore the method of nursing for patients with cerebral apoplexy during the recovery period.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were di-vided randomly into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 60 cases.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing of neurology,and the observation group was taken by the systemic nursing intervention.After the treatment and nursing,the result of two groups was compared.Results:The ef ect of treatment in the observation group was bet er than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter that the control group.There was a significant dif erence between two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The systemic nursing in-tervention was useful to patients with cerebral apoplexy during
