平流层飞艇太阳电池输出特性计算模型研究

【摘要】为了对平流层飞艇能源系统进行优化设计,需要对其所用铜铟镓硒太阳电池输出特性进行准确建模.然而传统的硅太阳电池的数学模型并不能完全反映出平流层飞艇用铜铟镓硒太阳电池的输出特性且模型误差较大.故文章在硅太阳电池通用理论基础上,研究并提出了此类太阳电池输出特性的五参数计算模型,采用标准测试条件下测出的电性能参数为输入,引入影响电池输出的相应环境因素系数,计算太阳电池的光生电流、暗电流、串联电阻、并联电阻和二极管理想因子这五个参数,以此来求解任意环境条件下太阳电池的输出特性.应用此计算模型,在Matlab/Simulink平台中建立了仿真程序,并结合实际电池进行了仿真计算与实验验证.结果表明,上述计算模型求解准确可靠,解决了平流层飞艇用太阳电池输出特性计算模型建立的问题,满足了工程应用要求.%In order to optimize the design of the stratospheric airship energy system,it is necessary to model
