不同工业园区土壤中氯代二恶英分布特征研究

【摘要】The environmental safety in the industrial parks in China has been facing the potential hazard .Four different industrial areas are chosen as examples .The industrial area soils are sampled with the method (HJ 77 .4-2008 ) .The samples are extracted by useing the accelerated solvent extraction . The eluates are cleaned up with the acid silica gel column ,multi-layered silica gel column and basic alumina column ,respectively .Finally ,the elutes are analyzed to evaluated the concentrations of the PCDD/Fs .T he results show :T he concentrations of the 2 ,3 ,7 ,8-PCDD/Fs are 20 .08~231 .04 pg · g -1 , the TEQ(Toxic Equivalent Quantity ) values are 51 .67 ~ 462 .76 fg (I-TEQ ) · g -1 .In addition ,the OCDD is the most important contributor of the total mass concentration in the obtained different soil samples .2 ,3 ,4 ,7 ,8-PeCDF and 1 ,2 ,3 ,7 ,8-PeCDD are the main contributors to the total TEQ .%针对工业园区环境受到二恶英（PCDD／Fs）的污染问题，选取四个不同的工业园区为研究对象，采用二恶英测定法（H J 77．4－2008）进行了工业园区土样样品采集；基于快速溶剂萃取法对样品进行萃取，利用美国EPA1613二恶英检测方法对土壤样品中提取液依次用酸性硅胶柱、复合硅胶柱以及碱性氧化铝柱进行了除杂净化，分析了PCDD／Fs的含量及分布特征．研究结果表明：
