面向全渠道的服装企业供应链整合管理运作框架模型

摘 要：传统服装企业在转型过程中，其供应链在敏捷性、柔性、资源共享、运作成本等方面已无法满足全渠道模式的更高要求。因此，如何通过供应链整合，以使各渠道间、供应链节点企业间协同运作成为服装企业提高其核心竞争力的关键。文章首先分析了全渠道模式下服装企业供应链运作特点及存在的问题，在此基础上，根据供应链资源整合的范围、内容，从服装供应链核心企业的角度将其供应链整合分为支持层、操作层和规划层整合三个层次，构建服装全渠道供应链整合的初步理论框架模型，并最终构建了服装供应链整合管理运作的框架模型，进一步完善了该模型的具体实现路径。

Abstract： In the process of transition of omni-channel model the traditional clothing enterprises faces a series of problems， mainly because the supply chain has been unable to meet the higher requirements of the omni-channel model in the aspects of agility， flexibility， resource sharing， operation cost and so on. Therefore， in order to enhance the core competitiveness， it is crucial for them to achieve collaboration between various channels as well as enterprises of supply chain through supply chain integration. This paper analyzes the operation characteristics and problems of the
garment supply chain under omni-channel mode. On this basis， according to the scope and content of supply chain integration， from the perspective of core enterprise the paper divides supply chain integration process into three levels， including support layer， operation layer and layer of integration planning， and develops a theoretical framework for apparel supply chain integration under omni-channel. Finally the framework model of integrated management of apparel supply chain is constructed， and the concrete realization paths of the model are proposed.
