【摘要】Objective To compare the Digital Radiography and X-ray radiography characteristics of the disease in the chest examination, and to explore its clinical value. Methods 80 cases of pulmonary infection in patients with chest, positive, lateral X-ray film and Digital Radiography. Compare two sets of image quality. Results 80 cases digitized image contrast with the ordinary X-ray image quality. Digital Radiography X film grade was significantly higher than the number of pieces of X-ray radiography film, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Digital Radiography makes up the shortage of conventional X-ray film, good quality, high accuracy rate of diagnosis of lung disease, is the preferred imaging lesions of lung infection examination method.%目的分析比较数字化摄影与传统摄影在胸部疾病检查中的特点，探讨其临床价值。方法对80例肺部感染性病变患者，进行胸部正、侧位传统X线检查的同时进行数字化X线摄影。比较两组图像质量。结果对比80例数字化图像与普通X线图像质量，数字化X片中甲级片的数量显著高于普通X线片，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论对肺部感染性病变，数字化摄影弥补了常规X线片的不足，质量好，对肺部疾病诊断准确率高，是肺部感染性病变首选的影像学检
