摘要
目的：探讨腹膜透析管植入术的围手术期综合护理方法及效果。方法：选取1月—1月间我院收治的30例腹膜透析

管植入术患者，按照随机法将其分为两组，常规护理的对照组（15例）和综合护理的观察组（15例），对比两种护理方式的临床效果。结果：观察组患者的透管技术存活率及护理满意度均明显优于对照组，两组间差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理应用在腹膜透析管植入术围手术期护理中，效果显著，值得推广和应用。

Peritoneal dialysis tube implantation perioperative nursing 【 abstract 】 objective:to study the perioperative nursing method of peritoneal dialysis tube implantation and effects. 腹膜透析是终末期肾脏病（ESRD）患者替代治疗中的一个重要手段，成功的腹膜透析置管术是保证替代治疗顺利进行和减少相关并发症的关键[1]。从临床实践来看，由于腹膜透析置管术为开放式手术，术中及术后的影响因素较多，需要在围手术期给予患者更加高质量的护理，以保证腹膜透析的实施效果。本文以我院1月—1月间收治的腹膜透析置管术患者为研究对象，分组探讨了常规护理和综合护理两种模式的临床效果，具体过程如下。
