Influence factor analysis and countermeasures on the system efficiency for the ESP well mixed light oil

Abstract:Blending light oil is an important way of ESP wells lifting in Tahe oilfield,especially for the heavy oil area wells of high yield and large amount of mixing light oil.The system efficiency is an important technical index of the production system for ESP well,and the system efficiency is lower and the energy-consumption is higher in Tahe oilfield.The calculation method of the system efficiency of the Tahe ESP well mixed light oil is determined by the conventional electric pump well.On the basis of this, field testing and calculating system efficiency of the 51 ESP wells mixed light oil,the analysis shows that poor efficiency of down hole is the main reasons on the lower efficiency of

electric pump well system, \horse drawing small cart\the main problem existing in the field of ESP wells mixed light oil.Reasonable design of pump discharge and head,improving the wellbore fluid flow and the application of energy-saving technology can help to improve the system efficiency of pumping wells.

Abstract:The oil well system efficiency can reflect not only the power

consumption,but also the comprehensive efficiency of the whole pumping system.It is a parameter that must be paid attention to in energy-saving management.The calculation formula for oil well system efficiency is complex,and there are many influence factors,and each influence factor is mutually restricted.Through the analysis,the relationship between various factors has been cleared,the effects of different models and the pump on the efficiency of the system has been determined.These results showed that the active power for oil well is increased with the increasing of liquid production,the system efficiency of the oil wells were also improving with the deepening of the dynamic liquid level and the basis for selecting pump type and model can be provided.
