【摘要】Objective:this article will to doxofylline joint thiamethoxam bromide powder effectively,this paper discusses treatment effect of copd.Methods:the experiment selected the July 2014 to March 2015 to our hospital for copd treatment of 90 patients,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 45 people.The control group using conventional intravenous drip doxofylline 0.2 g once a day for the treatment of copd;Observation group based on the combined with inhalation of thiamethoxam Joe bromide dry powder 18 ug once -daily treatment of copd.Lung function before and after treatment,respectively.Results:after treatment,we believe that the treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,and there are comparatively obvious differences,statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:doxofylline joint thiamethoxam bromide powder in the treatment of copd is present in the treatment of copd is a good way,good treatment effect and less adverse reaction,can be popularized in clinic.%目的：本文将对多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗慢阻肺效果进行有效地探讨。方法：本次试验选取了2014年7月～2015年3月到我院进行慢阻肺治疗的90例患者，并随机的分成观察组和对照组，每组45例。
