【摘要】Objective To investigate the blood glucose level of aspirin resistance with cerebral infarction combined diabetes.Methods 80 cases were choosed,the observation group were used the normal range of blood glucose to control and maintain stable blood sugar and the control,control group were hold blood sugar between 6.1~13.3mmol/L, both groups were oralled aspirin,then platelet aggregation,platelet-associated changes in their understanding indicators,occurrence of aspirin and aspirin-sensitive resistance ratio were compared. Results Hyperglycemia in patients with 5μmol/L and 1μmol/L of adenosine diphosphate-induced platelet aggregation were significantly larger than control group(P<0.05),elevated blood glucose in patients with PLT count were less than normal group (P<0.05),PLT average volume,PLT distribution width and hematocrit were lower than control group(P<0.05),the proportion of platelet resistance to elevated blood glucose was significantly higher than control group,platelet sensitivity was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction combined diabetes to maintain normal blood sugar stable has
