【摘要】Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Chinese Han population in Suzhou.Methods The blood pressure and biochemical index were measured in 100 patients with T2DM(group A) and 100 healthy people(group B).Then the genotypes of TLR4 Asp299 and Thr399 were detected by PCR-RELP,restriction endonuclease and agarose electrophoresis.Results SBP,DBP,BMI,FBG,LDL-C,TG and HbAlc in group A were higher than those in group B(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).TLR4 Asp299 and Thr399 homozygote without polymorphism could be found in groups of A and B.Conclusion The development of T2DM may be not closely related with polymorphism of TLR4 Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile in Chinese Han population in Suzhou.%目的 研究苏州汉族人群Toll样受体4(TLR4)单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系.方法 检测100例T2DM患者(A组)和100例健康体检者(B组)的血压和生化指标等,采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RELP)法、限制性核酸内切酶和琼脂糖电泳对TLR4 Asp299和Thr399多态性进行基因分型.结果 A组SBP、DBP、BMI、FBG、LDL-C、TG和HbMc均高于B组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).A组和B组均为TLR4 Asp299和
