【摘要】This paper has analyze the mechanism and reasons of induced by glucose in the process of glucose production by dual -enzymatic method .During the course of liquefaction ,the incidence of iodoamylum reaction may be reduced by strictty controlling .The conditions such as quslity of enzyme ,PH ,temperature ,and calcium ion concentration etc .proper measures are taken to deal with iodoamylum reaction of dif‐ferent degree so as to lower ower product cost and improve quality of product .in the production process .% 本文分析了双酶法生产葡萄糖及其中间体过程中产生碘淀粉反映的机理和原因。在液化过程中,严格控制液化酶的质量、PH值、温度、钙离子浓度等条件,可以减少碘淀粉反映的发生。生产过程中对碘淀粉反应采取适当的对策,以降低生产成本,提高产品质量。 【总页数】2页(159-159,160)
