议论段模板
在历年四级作文中，议论段普通涉及三种：一种是在文字命题中出当前首段，普通是点明文章议论主题，即提出某一种观点或将某两种观点进行对比，咱们称之为提出观点段；针对两种观点对比议论文，咱们又需要在第二段展开议论，称之为对比论证段；尚有一种是出当前文字和图表命题作文中作为结论段议论段，这种议论段普通是普通性总结观点或表达个人观点、建议、态度段落，在此咱们称之为观点总结段。下面咱们结合真题来讲议论段写作并提炼出相应模板：
（一） 提出观点段
在第一段提出观点段落按照所议论内容可分为提出一种观点段落和提出对比观点段落。考生在选取段落模板时必要一方面对提纲要点进行分析，明确在第一段应当提出何种观点，然后对号入座。 咱们先来看1999年1月考题

通过对文章进行破题，咱们把文章划提成如下三段： 1）提出论点，简要阐述 2）阐明因素 3）总结观点
咱们可以从提纲中看出，这是一篇以议论为主文章，第一段一方面要提出
论点。因此可以这样写：
① It is well known that we should not hesitate to say “No” on many occasions.(提出观点) ② The truth of it is self-evident.(强调观点明显性) ③ No one can deny that when we are unable to ofer help，we should say “No”.(进一步阐明①观点) ④ Therefore，a direct reply “No” should be used to avoid misunderstanding among us.(总结句)
