多房囊性肾癌诊治分析（附6例报告）

【摘要】Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma (MCRCC). Methods We reported 6 cases MCRCC in Integrative Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province since October 2006 and analyzed the clinical data with the correlative litera_tures,including clinical features,pathologic features,approach of surgery and prognosis.3 cases were diagnosed as MCRCC,2 cases were diagnosed suspectedly as MCRCC and one case was misdi_agnosed as renal cyst preoperatively.Radical nephrectomy was performed in 4 cases and nephron sparing surgery was performed in 2 cases. Results All the 6 cases were confirmed as MCRCC on pathology.None of the 6 cases which were available for follow_up from 2 to 64 months showed local recurrence and distant metastasis. Conclusions The diagnosis of MCRCC mainly depends on B ul_trasound and CT which can improve preoperative diagnosis in combination.Nephron sparing surgery is advisable for the treatment.And according to the results of postoperative biopsy,then decide the next treatment.%目的探讨多房囊性肾细胞癌(multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,MCRCC)的诊断及外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析广州中医药大学附属广东中西医结合医院2006年10
