泮托拉唑治疗非甾体抗炎药引起消化性溃疡出血的临床疗

【摘要】Objective To compare the efficacy,adverse reactions of pantoprazole and imported omeprazole in the treatment of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) associated ulcer bleeding.Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with NSAID associated ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into pantoprazole group (n =30)and omeprazole group (n =30).Patients in pantoprazole group was intravenously given 40 mg pantoprazole dissolved in 100 ml 0.9％ sodium chloride solution,twice a day.Patients in omeprazde group was intravenously given 40 mg omeprazole dissolved in 100 ml 0.9％ sodium chloride solution,twice a day.The two groups were both treated for seven days.Finally,the efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of pantoprazole group was 96.7％,that of omeprazole group was 93.3％.The drugs of the two groups could effectively stop bleeding,the difference was not significant (P ＞ 0.05 ).The incidences of adverse reactions were 3.3％ and 6.7％ in the two groups.Conclusions Pantoprazole is an effective and safe medicine for NSAID associated ulcer bleeding.%目的 比较泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗
非甾体抗炎药相关消化性溃疡伴出血的疗效、不良反应.方法 选择符合非甾体抗炎药相关性溃疡伴出血诊断标准的住院患者60例,随机分为泮托拉唑组(30例)和奥美拉唑组(30例).泮托拉唑组予泮托拉唑40mg加0.9％氯化钠注射液100ml,静脉滴注,2次/d；奥美拉唑组予奥美拉唑40mg加0.9％氯化钠注射液100ml,静脉滴注,2次/d,两组疗程均为7d,观察两组疗效及不良反应.结果 泮托拉唑组总有效率为96.7％,奥美拉唑组为93.3％,两组药物均能有效止血,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；两组不良反应发生率分别为3.3％和6.7％.结论 泮托拉唑是治疗非甾体抗炎药相关性溃疡出血有效、安全的药物. 【总页数】2页(21-22)
