三明市公立医院运行现状及效率评价

【摘要】目的 分析评价三明市医药卫生体制改革后公立医院的运行效率,为进一步提升医疗资源配置效率、针对性提升医院运行效率提供参考.方法 根据三明市21家公立医院运行数据,运用描述性方法纵向分析改革以来三明市公立医院运行总体状况,选取适宜指标构建数据包络分析评价模型,分析医院运行效率及变动情况.结果 纵向分析来看,改革以来运行过程平稳,效益提升,结构优化.横向分析来看,3家(14％)医院综合有效,7家医院(33％)医院技术有效,技术无效的医院存在不同程度的投入过剩或产出不足问题.3家(14％)医院规模有效,规模无效的医院均为规模报酬递减.结论 要坚持改革措施,巩固医改成果;加强区域卫生资源规划,提升资源配置效率;实行精细化管理,增强服务能力.%Objective To evaluate the performance and efficiency of public hospitals in Sanming city,for suggestions on bettering their medical resources deployment efficiency and operational efficiency.Methods Descriptive analysis was used to longitudinally
