Passage 1

Helen is a Human Resource assistant at an Embassy in Beijing. Her responsibilities include evaluating candidates and receiving new employees on their first days and making an introduction of the group.

Today, she has to give an orientation session to a new receptionist who is on her first day at the Embassy. She starts her introduction by explaining the functions of the Embassy.
