冷原子吸收分光光度法与原子荧光法测定水中汞的比较

【摘要】In this paper, with the determination of two kinds of different methods of environmental monitoring of water quality of mercury, comparative study on the determination of mercury in water cold atomic absorption spectrophotometric method and atomic fluorescence method is carried out. The results show that:(1)two methods is comparable; (2)quality control indexes can meet the requirements; (3)the standard sample of standard addition recovery rate of the two methods is basically coincide, which can meet the requirements of national standard of 85%~115%. The atomic fluorescence of blank standard addition recovery rate is slightly lower than the cold atomic absorption method.%运用测定水质汞的两种不同的环境监测方法,对比研究了测定水中汞的冷原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法. 研究结果表明,两种方法具有可比性;质量控制指标均能达到要求;两种方法的标准样品的加标回收率基本一致,都可达到国标要求的85%~115%,原子荧光法的空白加标回收率略低于冷原子吸收法.
