【摘要】With the development and infiltration of oncology, immunology, molecular biology and other related disciplines, a great progress has been made in basic and clinical medicine research of cancer immunot-herapy, which has brought revolutionary changes in the treatment of cancer. Immunotherapy such as immune checkpoint blockade, chimeric antigen receptor T cells therapy, tumor vaccines, cytokines and small molecule drugs have brought a long-term survival benefit for patients with advanced solid tumor. However, there are also many challenges, so there is still a long way to go for precision cancer immunotherapy.%随着肿瘤学、免疫学以及分子生物学等相关学科的不断发展和交叉渗透,肿瘤免疫治疗的基础和临床研究均得到了迅猛的发展,为抗肿瘤治疗模式带来了革命性的改变.免疫治疗主要包括靶向免疫检查点治疗、嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法、肿瘤疫苗以及细胞因子和小分子药物治疗等.免疫治疗为晚期实体瘤患者带来长期生存获益的同时,也面临诸多挑战,未来对肿瘤免疫治疗的探索还有很长的路要走. 【总页数】8页(前插1,1-7)
