1 总则

1.0.1 为引导、促进和规范轻质材料在城市地下空间回填工程中的应用,使工程做到技术先进、安全可靠、绿色节能、经济合理,制定本规程。

1.0.2 本规程适用于采用轻质材料回填城市地下室、早期人防工程、废弃管道或涵洞、地面塌陷空洞等地下空间的工程调查、材料、设计、施工、监测与工程质量检验。

1.0.3 城市地下空间轻质材料回填除应符合本规程外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
