Ets -1与卵巢恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

【摘要】E26 transformation - specific - 1(Ets - 1)is a member of Ets transcription family,widely exists in vari-ous cells is involved in a variety of physiological and pathological process,and overexpressed in many solid tumors,in-cluding ovarian carcinoma. Ovarian carcinoma is the leading cause of death in women of the second majory gynecologic malignant tumor,the mechanism is not clear. Studies have shown that Ets - 1 through a variety of mechanisms involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian carcinoma biological processes,especially in energy metabolism,oxida-tive stress,angiogenesis,metastasis and poor prognosis. Ets - 1 may be used in future clinical evaluation of prognosis, its inhibitory drugs may become the new target for ovarian cancer gene therapy.a6转录因子(E26 transformation - specific -1,Ets -1)是 Ets 转录因子家族成员之一,广泛存在于各种细胞中并参与多种生理和病理过程,其在许多实体肿瘤中过度表达,包括卵巢癌。卵巢癌是导致妇女死亡的第二大妇科恶性肿瘤,其发生机制不明确。研究表明 Ets -1通过多种机制参与卵巢癌的发生、发展等生物过程,尤其在能量代谢、氧化应激、血管生成、浸润转移及不良预后等方面。未来 Ets -1可能运用于临床评估患者预后,其抑制性药物可能成为卵巢癌基因治疗的新靶向药物。
